Delaware 1976 - 2002

MAS was incorporated in Delaware on Jan. 1, 1976. The law at that time prohibited a foreign national corporation to own a US registered aircraft and ICI Ltd. (Imperial Chemical Industries) of the UK formed MAS was formed. This new company purchased a Cessna Citation and obtained a FAA part 135 certificate to operate the aircraft under Part 91 for ICI Americas.  With growth om the South and Central American markets, MAS acquired a Falcon 10 and later on a Falcon 50. George Adams, the president of MAS designed these insignia for their flight crews.The holding company, ICI, had other financial interests so merged into Astra Zeneca and the flight department closed in 2002.
